FUJIFILM XApp Distribution Suspension Notice and Apology (Display Problems)

FujiRumors already reported that the Fujifilm XApp has been pulled off from the App stores.

Now Fujifilm issued a press release where they apologize for this and they say it has been removed due to “display problems”.

If you have already installed it, just keep using it. And if you see something that does not make much sense on the screen, you know Fujifilm is fixing it.

Dear Customers

We have recently confirmed a display problem with the new camera application software “FUJIFILM XApp”, which was released on May 25, 2023 (JST).
For this reason, we have suspended download distribution from the App Store and Google Play since May 25, 2023 (JST).

We are currently preparing to release the software that fixes the issue above as soon as possible.
We will notify you when the corrected software is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Customers who have already installed the “FUJIFILM XApp” can continue to use the software as is, but we would ask you to upgrade to the new version when the fixed version is available.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
