– The next set of images taken with a pre-production XF18-135 comes from the Brasilian photographer Arlindo Namour Filho. He enjoyed the great Fifa World Cup event in São Paulo (Netherlands vs Argentina) and took his X-T1 and the new XF18-135mm Fujinon to the rain to photograph the supporters of both teams. “For still situations, the new Optical Image Stabilizer is superb, I could shoot very low speed on my hand. I liked the quality of the lens wide opened, didn´t see noticeable aberrations or vigneting. […] This lens is the perfect match of versatility and quality. I am still ansious for a Fujinon prime tele for my portrait sessions, I will still keep using my 55-200 for it. But it good to see how Fujifilm is developing this standard of good glass and an advanced optical stabilizer.”
