The Fujifilm X-T3 BXT3 Really Right Stuff L-Plate and base plate is available at BHphoto and RRS.

The L-Plate for Fujifilm X-T3 with VG-XT3 Vertical Battery version will be available soon.

There are more affordable versions, like the Sunwayfoto PFL-XT3, which enjoys very good customer reviews. But there are also L-brackets for Fujifilm X-T3 made by Kirkphoto here, and on ebay here.
