PART 2 of Luminous Landscape interview

Luminous Landscape interviewed Billy & Greg (the Fuji Guys) and Fuji Manager Toshihisa Iida at photokina. It’s a nice chat you should check out, with Greg confirming that the Fujifilm X-PRO2 won’t be Full Frame, but “worth the wait“.

See part 1 of the interview here and part 2 here.

THIS WEEKEND, The Italian Workshop: Fuji eXperience with Max Angeloni, Donato Chirulli & Co!

You can purchase gear, but you have to study in order to get most out of it!

Lucky German residents can go to one of Rico’s workshops (but he probably will offer some in California later this year, too). Also, do not forget the latest 30% price drop on all his books at Rocky Nook here.

And now it’s time for Italians to study a bit and improve their skills… with talented photographes such as Max Angeloni & Donato Chirulli. Part of the event will be dedicated also to the Fuji eXperience. Maybe this time you won’t be so lucky to stumble also on Al Pacino, as on the last event (see here), but you could nevertheless have a really profitable time at the workshop, with portait, flash, street, landscape photography and a Photo Jam Session.

Italians FR-reader can check out the details of the upcoming workshop (SEP27 / SEP28) at riflessifotografici here. Along with the Workshop, they also launched a new Facebook-Group called “Semplicemente Fotografare“, where you can talk about photographry, share tips & images, and learn from each other. Check it out here.

Fujirumors’ window to Photokina: DAY 6

_ _ _

Not only X-series at Photokina. Fujifilm unveiled a prototype of a little camera: the SWING CAM. A mechanism moves this camera vertically & horizontally and allows it to track people.

There are no plans to produce it for the mass market for now. But, in a promotional video, Fuji shows its potential as a sort of “action cam”. Quesabesde compares is with the curious “party-shot” device of Sony.
