And yes, it has IBIS and BSI sensor. In fact, the officiall Fujifilm specs say here Optical (Sensor-Shift) image Stabilization and 16 million pixels BSI-CMOS sensor.
Fujifilm has announced on-site Service & Support at the Olympic Winter Games 2018 in South Korea for the CINE LENSES.
On site service at big events is something that Canon and Nikon offer since a long time now for their systems and Fujifilm should offer such kind of support for their X and G system, too.
The real deadline for Fujifilm to make the final breakthrough in the world of professional sports photographer, are the Summer Olympis in Tokyo 2020. Fujifilm is working hard to have a nice offer of bodies and lenses ready to replace entirely DSLRs.
The EVF black-out less Fujifilm X-H1 is just the start. The XF 200mmF2 is will follow and more will come… and within 2020, the Fujifilm system should be mature enough also for professional sports photographers.

The size of 16-50 and 18 on X-A3 are made using camerasize.com. FujiRumors just added an empty X-A3 body, and added a line with the size of the XC15-45.
As you can see, the XC 15-45 will be much closer in size to the pancake XF18mmF2 than to the Fujinon XC16-50. I’d say it will have roughly the size of the Fujinon XF35mmF2 WR. Only the XF18mmF2 and the XF27mmF2.8 will be smaller in the Fujinon XF and XC world.
The Fujinon XC15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 will be bigger than Sony’s Power Zoom solution, the Sony 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6, but I guess that Fujifilm tried to find the sweet spot between compact size and image quality.
Given the fact that we now have a close estimate of the final XC15-45 size, I will launch again the poll, if you are interested to buy it or not.
