Fujifilm will announce the GF 250mm F4 on April 12.
The official Fujifilm roadmap shows that, along with the GF250mm F4, Fujifilm will also launch the GF 1.4x Teleconverter, so if Fujifilm respects their roadmap, they will be announced together.
just a little update for you today, regarding the Fujifilm GFX 50R (a cheaper version of the GFX 50S). It’s announcement is confirmed for photokina in September. Follow us on Facebook, RSS-feed and Twitter for further updates.
UPDATE: Sadly there are not upcoming lenses displayed at the imaging USA.
In the last few years, Fujifilm skipped the CES fair in Las Vegas.
They will, however, have a public booth (Nr. 717) at the Imaging USA 2018, which will be open to the public between January 14 and 16 in Nashville, TN.
That’s a bit too early to see the Fujifilm X-H1 (which will be announced February 15 Tokyo time), but there is a lot of great stuff to see, starting from the Fujifilm GFX 50S to the Fujifilm X-E3 as well as some brand new lenses like the XF80mm F2.8 WR.
I do expect that they will also display some updated mock-ups (or even early working prototypes) of the upcoming XF8-16mm, XF200mmF2 and GF250mm.
We could see some mock-ups of these lenses already in the past. I share them for you again here:

Fujifilm has just issued an official press release sharing their schedule for the Imaging USA 2018, which includes not only the latest and greatest Fujifilm gear, but also free head shot studio sessions, speeches and more.
We already saw the first images of the XF8-16, GF250 and XF200 here, but now we can enjoy the XF 8-16 mounted on the Fujifilm X-T2 and the GF 250mm next to the Fujifilm GFX.
I’m getting a lot of images about the upcoming Fujinon XF 8-16mmF2.8 and XF 200mmF2, which I’m happy to share with all of you guys.

Lenstip just shared their Fujinon XF50mmF2 WR review, and it’s an extremely positive one.
Pros:
handy but solid and weather-sealed casing,
brilliant image quality in the frame centre,
good image quality on the edge of the frame,
negligible spherical aberration,
low lateral chromatic aberration,
sensible coma correction,
negligible astigmatism,
sensible performance against bright light,
silent, sensibly quick and accurate autofocus on the X-T2 body.
Cons:
some problems with the longitudinal chromatic aberration,
visible vignetting on RAW files.
Conclusion: “An excellent lens – those words would be enough. Still, to make our summary more eloquent we have to add that for a very decent price you get a lens sensationally sharp in the frame centre, small, lightweight, weather-sealed and produced in Japan. It didn’t avoid some flaws but they aren’t very important and don’t change our assessment in any way. A round of applause, Fuji!”
And now also the XF50mmF2 can be found in stock, for example at AmazonUS. They also had the X100F and X-T20 in stock earlier today, but they sold out quickly.
And what has the Fujifilm X70 to do with the rumor we share today?
Well, the X70 is the prime example on why rumors about the price of upcoming gear are the trickiest to share.
Because not only Fujifilm can change the price of new gear until just a few days ahead of its announcement. But as we could see with the Fujifilm X70, Fujifilm can change the retail price on gear also just a few days after its announcement. Because that’s what happened with the Fujifilm X70, which was launched at $799 but just a few days later, while it was still on pre-order, Fujifilm lowered the price to $699 as we reported here.
So should FujiRumors never share price rumors ever again?
Nope… but we give you this important disclaimer. And with that said, we can share the rumor.
According to information we have received from our sources, the price for the Fujifilm GFX100RF should be “around 5,000 USD“.
That’s more affordable than what I consider to be its closest competitor, the Leica Q3.
