Iridient Developer 3.3.1 update was released today.
Nothing Fujifilm specific, but it does address a sporadic crashing issue with deleting images that was introduced in the Iridient Developer 3.3 release.

The Iridient Developer 3.3 update for macOS was released today with support for the Fujifilm X-T3, Fujifilm GFX50R and Fujifilm XF10.
This update brings optimized support for macOS 10.14 Mojave and includes automatic Dark Mode switching.

The Iridient X-Transformer 1.1 update with support for the new Fujifilm X-T3 and XF10 models is now available for download.
This release has seen some fairly major changes to noise reduction in the darkest shadows and shows much improved shadow noise especially with long exposure times on X-Trans models. This release also brings official support for macOS 10.14 Mojave, including its new Dark Mode.

Brian just released Iridient Developer 3.1.2.
This release fixes an issue with automatic lens vignetting correction for Fuji X models. It potentially would overcorrect (too much lightening) in the extreme corners with some lenses and aperture settings. This update also addresses a few cosmetic issues with some toolbar icons with latest macOS Sierra 10.12.1 release and adds support for additional new RAW camera models.
The Fujifilm X-A3 is now supported.

Back in February 2016, Brian from Iridient said here, that he’s working on a Windows version of his software. The expected release date was March/April. But since then, we haven’t heard and seen anything anymore.
Some Windows users were worried, that Brian dropped the project. But I’m glad to report that this is not the case.
Brian just confirmed via Twitter here: “Windows products are still on my schedule for this yr, Fujifilm compatible converter a top priority“.
Iridient Developer is considered by many X-shooters the best RAW converter for X-Trans files. Brian has a page on his website here, where he lists many reviews and articles about Iridient.
NOTE: I’m not affiliated with Iridient. I never got money or a free license or anything else like that from Brian. My only goal is to report as objectively as I can about this software, and I consider it definitely something every X-shooters should try out one day. Free Trial is available (for MAC only until now).
