Peter Thoshinsky‎: A San Francisco man yells at police officers from his second story window after he made a variety of threats, including that he had a bomb, attempted to electrify his metal gate, and threw bleach at officers on Tuesday July 12th, 2016. After a 22 hour standoff the man was arrested without injury and charged with a variety of criminal offenses. Making a living photographing from inside the SFPD with Fuji after 30 years with Canon.
