You Can Now Use Fujifilm X Mount Lenses (with Autofocus) on Nikon Z Cameras with BORYOZA FX-Z Adapter
Wonderful news for Nikon Z shooters.
There will be soon an autofocus adapter, that will allow Nikon Z camera owners to use Fujifilm X mount lenses on their cameras, with autofocus.
It’s the BORYOZA FX-Z AF lens adapter.
The adapter is already listed at some Japanese stores and I guess it is just a matter of time until we can find it also at the Boryoza Amazon Storefront here.
You can see the first images in this article, provided to the internet by the Japanese guys running asobinet.

Nikon has made some nice steps into the vintage looking mirrorless camera market with the Nikon Zfc and the Nikon Zf.
But for many reasons we noted in this article here, I consider the Fujifilm X system still the far superior choice if you are looking into owning a vintage looking camera. One of them is the lack of lenses with aperture ring for the Nikon Z mount. Well, now that’s no longer a problem thanks to this adapter, if the adapter allows also for aperture control via dedicated ring on the lens.
It also solves the issue of not having enough dedicated APS-C lenses for Z mount APS-C cameras like the Nikon Zfc.
It remains to see how well it works in real life use, though.
